Returns & Exchanges


We are confident that you will love your selection. If you are unsatisfied with a product or if it arrives with missing items or is damaged or spoiled through the transit process, we will happily replace it.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You must follow our storage instructions for your perishable items. Refunds will not be granted for failure to follow the storage instructions.

Please do not send us perishable goods for return such as food, bulk sausages or sausage sampler.

We only replace items if they are defective, missing or damaged. Just email Orders@butcherandtheboar.com regarding your intent for an exchange or refund.

 

SHIPPING & ORDERING

Shipping and handling is included with your purchase.

To minimize the time our products spend in transit, our default shipping option is second-day air; overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. To ensure our products arrive in optimal condition, shipments, including fresh sausage or other highly perishable product, generally go out only Monday through Wednesday.

Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following week. Federal Express will only ship to street addresses and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that Butcher & the Boar® cannot be responsible for product spoilage due to a delivery not being received or stored properly. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We regret that we cannot ship outside of the United States.

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your email and explanation for the refund we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used in PayPal, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
