Yesterday the Byerly’s of St.Louis Park was host to 2 classes on cooking with and making of, you guessed it…sausages! Both classes sold out quick and attendees were excited and attentive. B&TB’s Butcher Peter Botcher was in rare form too, and had the group quite entertained during each of the classes. Big thanks to Byerly’s for having us out yesterday. Some of you might just now be feeling rested up from last Sunday’s 3rd Annual Boarfest and rightfully so cause it was a doozy of a party. We’d like to thank every single one of the thousands of people who came out despite the rain and cold, to make the day such a success. Can’t wait for next year!

Coming soon, we’re launching a whole new menu in our Beer Garden, just in time for autumn. Coming from our brand new 2nd kitchen, we’re knocking out dedicated Beer Garden items a-plenty.
