City Pages Iron Fork 2013 winners: Chef Jack Riebel and Sous Chef Brendan McDonald

Last night was a fantastic one filled with all sorts and forms of entertainment. Benefitting from the night’s proceeds and raised awareness was an even better cause. With talent in no short supply the competition was fierce and focused. All said, Chef Jack and his Sous Chef “Junior” were completely in the zone the whole time (even taking a break 19 minutes from the end to grab a beer and clean their area). Chef Jack was invited to the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market this past Saturday to do a presentation/talk on a quick and easy summer salad perfect for the past few week’s hot-hot weather.
