Cooking & Sausage making with Butcher Peter Botcher

Yesterday the Byerly’s of St.Louis Park was host to 2 classes on cooking with and making of, you guessed it…sausages! Both classes sold out quick and attendees were excited and attentive. B&TB’s Butcher Peter Botcher was in rare form too, and had the group quite entertained during each of the classes. Big thanks to Byerly’s for having us out yesterday. 3rd Annual Boarfest lead up!

It’s less than 2 weeks from our 3rd Annual B&TB Boarfest and we’re counting down the ways this next one is going to be a doozy! We were scanning photos of the first Boarfest (we weren’t even open yet!) and came across some gems from the day. This year the event is so big we’ll be in the Beer Garden and the parking lot!
