Earlier this year, some of our crew here at Butcher and The Boar made the trip to Kentucky to visit at Jim Beam and meet with Fred Noe and some of this team at their facilities. It was a once in a lifetime kind of event, as we picked from various barrel selections for our own Butcher and The Boar Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve. (It’s the adult equivalent of being a kid in a candy store.)

Butcher and The Boar, #1 Seller of Knob Creek Single Barrel in the World!

You read that right, we’re #1 and we’re celebrating it in style! Join us Tuesday June 4th at 6:00 P.M. as Fred Noe, the 7th generation Master Distiller of Jim Beam Bourbon Company crowns Butcher and The Boar #1. Fred will be conducting an intimate and lively tasting of different marques in the Knob Creek family while sharing stories and personal insights. Our own Jerald Hansen and Chef Jack will be in attendance with specially prepared bourbon cocktails and a buffet of B&TB fare, respectively. Get your tickets before they’re gone. Attendance is limited for what is expected to be an exciting and informative event.
