Cooking & Sausage making with Butcher Peter Botcher

Yesterday the Byerly’s of St.Louis Park was host to 2 classes on cooking with and making of, you guessed it…sausages! Both classes sold out quick and attendees were excited and attentive. B&TB’s Butcher Peter Botcher was in rare form too, and had the group quite entertained during each of the classes. Big thanks to Byerly’s for having us out yesterday. Butcher & The Boar @ 2013 MN Monthly Food & Wine Experience

We’ll be serving up our Smoked Beef Sausage with Cowboy Beans, Slaw and Four Chili BBQ to what is likely to be well over last year’s 5,000+ attendees.
